Clio Launches New Client Intake and Legal CRM Software
Clio, a law practice management software company, and approved member benefit of The Florida Bar, has launched a new client management offering, Clio Grow. This new tool will help attorneys track potential client leads while collecting data on those leads and client retention. When paired with Clio’s existing practice management software, Clio Manage, the package of the company’s offerings create Clio Suite an “end-to-end legal client experience from intake to invoice,” according to the product’s support page.
Clio Grow is more than just a client relationship management tool. The new offering includes:

Online Intake Forms: Create custom intake forms, accessible from anywhere, and sync them to matters to eliminate manual error and redundant data entry.

Workflow & Email Automation: Build step-by-step templates and automate client intake workflows to ensure no communication or billable opportunity gets missed.
Reporting & Data Insights: Customize in-depth reports from an easy-to-use dashboard to find out what’s driving revenue and boosting productivity.
