Programs & Resources
Trust Accounting Solution
Nota’s financial management platform — offered at no cost to Florida Bar members — can help Florida lawyers manage trust accounts and avoid costly trust accounting mistakes.
Lawyer Referral Service
The Florida Bar Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) is an ideal way to introduce clients to Florida Bar members who can provide the legal services they need. LRS covers 53 counties in Florida. The remaining counties are served by local bar association lawyer referral services. Clients are referred to participating attorneys based on the geographic location and area of law requested.
Health & Wellness
The practice of law is a wonderfully rewarding profession because lawyers have the power to change their clients’ lives. Shouldering that responsibility can take a toll on us physically and mentally. For that reason, it is incredibly important for lawyers to obtain a sense of balance in their lives and achieve wellness. And if we encounter struggles along the way, it is important we know where to find help.
Lawyers Advising Lawyers
Lawyers Advising Lawyers (LAL) is a free service offered to all members of The Florida Bar who may need advice in a specific area of law, procedure, or other legal issue. Currently, the program consists of over 300 attorney advisors who volunteer to assist other members of The Florida Bar in this program. Advice is offered in over 50 areas of law and procedure. Each LAL attorney advisor is required to have a minimum of five years of experience in their respective area of advice.
