See RULE 1-3.8 RIGHT TO INVENTORY
“Each member of the bar who practices law in Florida shall designate another member of The Florida Bar who has agreed to serve as inventory lawyer under this rule; provided, however, that no designation is required with respect to any portion of the member’s practice as an employee of a governmental entity.”
