DESCRIPTION

As we continue to adapt to remote work environments in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, digital workflows such as Remote Online Notarizations and Electronic Signatures are expected to be the “normal” processes for conducting business. They save time, increase accuracy, provide a better experience, and ultimately drive to faster resolutions and approvals. But, as with any new technology, the risks and opportunities must be understood before implementing.

In this one-hour webinar we’ll explore the adoption, use, and verification of remote online notarizations and electronic signatures in a statutory and case law framework.
