The question is no longer whether attorneys and law firms should use social media to promote their practice, but rather how they can use social media marketing to attract new clients and referrals. This social media CLE program walks lawyers through trusted social media marketing consulting techniques to identify new clients, engage referral sources, and generate new business on social media while complying with the legal advertising ethics rules.

Lawyers will receive an overview of how the advertising ethics rules apply to their personal and professional social media use, discuss actual ethics opinions that apply the legal advertising rules to social media, and develop a deeper understanding of the ethics rules impact their online behavior.

Lawyers of all experience levels will leave the social media CLE program with a greater understanding of how to how to navigate around serious legal advertising ethical pitfalls.
